What we collect
When you fill out a form on this website — contact, booking, quote, or otherwise — we collect the information you submit: typically your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and whatever message or details you include. Our web server also logs the IP address and browser your submission came from, purely to investigate spam or abuse.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you. That's the only reason we collect it. Your details are stored in a database owned by Bella Italia Bistro and are visible to the people running this business. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertising networks. Notifications about your submission are sent through Resend, an email delivery provider, and stored in a database hosted by Supabase — both are standard infrastructure providers who process the message on our behalf and don't use your details for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as they may reasonably be useful for following up or referencing a past conversation. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. To do any of that, email the site owner. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
